Resideo Showcases Strength, Innovation and Profitable Growth Opportunity at Investor Day

Presentations spotlighted the competitive advantages, durable demand and connected home opportunities that set Resideo apart.

Resideo hosted its Investor Day at the New York Stock Exchange on July 13, 2026, ahead of the planned spin-off of ADI Global Distribution.

The company's incoming leadership team provided in-person attendees and the live webcast audience a look at Resideo's strategy, product innovation, and how the company delivers comfort and protection to millions of homes and businesses around the world.

"When you combine our footprint in the home, our durable market position and our competitive position with the focus that will come from being a standalone company, we believe Resideo is uniquely positioned to win," said incoming President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Surran. "We believe the strategy and operational excellence we've been discussing today allow us to target revenue growth and sustained margin expansion even without a significant improvement in the economic environment."

Connecting the home, driving growth, and creating value

The event also featured comments from Senior Vice President of Engineering Scott Ziffra, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Scott Harkins, Senior Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and Information Technology Patrick Murray, and Global Head of Strategic Finance Christopher Lee.

"We're standing here at the New York Stock Exchange for an incredibly profound moment for Resideo," said Lee. "We hope you walk away today with a better understanding of Resideo and share our conviction about the opportunities for Resideo to be the leader in residential sensing and controls."

Accelerated development of differentiated solutions

"We don't just build products; we understand how homes actually work. That understanding becomes our data, our insight, and ultimately our advantage," said Ziffra. "We're building a home that understands, anticipates, and acts. And ultimately, this connected ecosystem, connectivity, platform, intelligence, it doesn't just add value. It creates a durable, compounding advantage that's very difficult to replicate."

Continued focus on the pro

"I can say with conviction, I have never been more excited about our future than I am right now," Harkins said. "We have built long-term, trusted relationships with over 100,000 pros globally ... Resideo is a long-term growth story. It's built on the pro, it's scaled globally, and it's positioned to compound value for both our customers and our investors."

Leveraging scale to provide superior value

"Our manufacturing strategy has strengthened product quality, improved supply chain resiliency, and increased our speed of execution," Murray said. "Everything we have done has been centered on one thing, speed. Speed in manufacturing, speed in the flow of information, and speed in decision-making. These strengths enable us to deliver the industry-leading performance that defines Resideo today."
