Resideo Actuators Receive PLUS X AWARD

Resideo’s compact actuators are tailored to the requirements of modern HVAC systems and designed to make work easier for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) planners.

This year, the actuator was honored with the PLUS X AWARD - a German innovation award for technology, sport and lifestyle products - in four categories: High Quality, Ease of Use, Functionality and Ergonomics.

The MSLM (modulating) and MSLF (3-point) actuators from Resideo can be used in fan coil units, district heating transfer stations and air handling units. This makes them especially well suited for commercial projects - whether it's new installations or for replacing comparable products in existing systems.

Using brushless motor technology, they precisely control the system control valves and thereby support the efficient operation of modern building systems.* In addition to this functionality, the PLUS X AWARD also highlighted their flexible usability and easy installation. Three control options are available: 0–10 V, 3-point or 2-point operation. The control signal can be selected without removing the cover and is supported by an LED display. With a five-year warranty** and IP54 protection rating, the actuators are also designed for reliable performance.

The PLUS X AWARD jury summarised its decision by saying: “Resideo’s actuators stand out thanks to their high-quality technical design, precise functionality and especially user-friendly construction. They enable reliable and convenient control of modern heating systems and demonstrate how intelligent components can contribute to the efficiency and usability of modern building technology.”
