Resideo collaborates with leading energy and services company engie

Rolle, Switzerland, 03 February 2021 – Resideo Technologies Inc. (NYSE: REZI), a global provider of home comfort and security solutions, announced today that it is collaborating with the French group ENGIE, a global leader in low-carbon energy and services, to help them extend their pioneering remote boiler servicing and monitoring offer into other countries.

Resideo has worked with the ENGIE Home Service division since 2018, providing them with remote appliance monitoring software (RAM) and smart thermostats for customers in France.

As a direct result of that successful two-year French collaboration, the ENGIE Group is now working with Resideo on launching its all-inclusive boiler service into other markets, following the roll-out of the eCare platform from ENGIE Digital.

Aldo D'Ingeo, Resideo's business development manager for EMEA Utilities explains the importance of the relationship to Resideo: "We are delighted to have been part of ENGIE's remote boiler monitoring journey since the beginning. At the point we started working with them we were the only B2B partner offering this type of remote appliance monitoring software. The smart thermostat portfolio that Resideo is supplying ENGIE with for its international expansion project includes Resideo's Honeywell Home T6 and Honeywell Home evohome.
