Resideo's European evohome Smart Home Journey Gets Even Smarter Through Collaboration with Homey

Rolle, Switzerland, 25 January 2023 – Resideo Technologies Inc. (NYSE: REZI), a global provider of home comfort and security solutions, announced today that it is collaborating across Europe with Homey, a market leading, cutting-edge smart home platform, to offer Honeywell Home evohome users the ability to integrate the smart heat zoning device with other smart home products and services in their home.

The move is another milestone in evohome's smart home interoperability, which already includes compatibility with Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Samsung SmartThings.

The collaboration benefits both Resideo and Homey customers. Users of Resideo's Honeywell Home evohome smart zoning thermostat will now be able to simplify their smart home experience, while also increasing energy awareness, efficiency and creating custom Flows (automations). Homey users will be able to integrate a high-performing multi-zone heating and cooling controller into their smart home. Through this collaboration, Resideo’s Honeywell Home products are compatible with both the Homey cloud-based service as well as the Homey Pro hub.
