The unit (once equipped with appropriate metering components, not included in the unit) allows the metering of the energy taken from the centralized system for the heating function. Consumption of heat energy may be read directly by viewing the appropriate meters installed within the unit (not included in the unit). If the meters are connected by means of M-Bus network, the supplier of energy may remotely read the meters for purposes of billing without the need for direct access to the unit. The flow rate of heating plant can be regulated thanks to the pressure indipendent control valve (PICV).
