Resideo’s customer support website was named one of the 2019 Ten Best Support Websites by the Association of Support Professionals this month. A panel of five independent judges graded contestants in 25 categories.
“We are in the age of the customer and customer experience,” said Richard Shaw, senior director of customer experience at Resideo. “Customers want to interact with us in a way that is convenient to them. They are no longer making choices based solely on a product’s features or price. They care about their end-to-end experience, and if the company will stand behind their product. That’s what drives sentiment and ultimately loyalty.”
