Resideo Opens New Offices in San Luis Potosí, Mexico
New site brings more than 500 employees together
Resideo recently opened its new, ultra-modern operations center in San Luis Potosí (SLP), which is home to more than 500 Resideo employees that span various departments including customer care, human resources, finance, and sales support, among others.
The opening event was led by Richard Shaw, Vice President of Customer Experience, and Fernando Ramirez, SLP Site Leader, and was attended by Phil Theodore, President of Products & Solutions, by Nestor Garza, Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare, and Mario Güemes, Vice President of the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA).
"Resideo's new facility in Mexico is one of a kind," commented Richard Shaw. "It provides technical support to users and operators of our products around the world, and houses other functions for all of Resideo, including ADI Global Distribution. Fernando and his team are modeling for us the importance of caring for our employees and the benefit to Resideo and our customers."
In 2021 alone, the Customer Experience team in SLP handled more than one million calls from users and industry professionals.
"For many of our clients, the SLP team is the first point of contact to Resideo," said Shaw. "That is why it is very important to ensure that our teams remain motivated and trained, with an excellent attitude of service to our customers around the world."
The new site features modern and innovative architectural designs, and offers Resideo employees access to open collaboration areas, a doctor's office, a wellness center, and a mothers room. "When we take care of our employees, they take care of our customers, and ultimately, our customers take care of us as a company," said Fernando Ramirez.
