Jeffrey Kutz

Jeffrey Kutz is Resideo’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, bringing more than three decades of global finance and accounting leadership experience.

Before joining Resideo, Jeff served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Quaker Houghton, where he led global accounting, reporting, and finance transformation efforts. He previously spent over a decade at Air Products and Chemicals in senior finance roles, including Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, supporting major transactions and international joint ventures.

Jeff has also held finance and accounting roles at Exelon Corporation, Chatham Financial, and Arthur Andersen. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed CPA.
