Sponsor.
The Offer is sponsored by Resideo USA LLC ("Resideo," "Sponsor," "we," or "us"), 1985 Douglas Drive North, Golden Valley, Minnesota 55422.

Eligibility.
The Honeywell Home Virtual Launch Event Offer (the "Offer") is open only to HVAC contractor companies located in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. The company representative participating in the Offer must be a legal resident of the United States, at least eighteen (18) years old, and authorized to act for the company. The representative must register for and attend the Virtual Launch Event in its entirety beginning at 12:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") on October 21, 2026. The company must have an active Resideo Pro PERKS account in good standing or complete Resideo Pro PERKS enrollment by 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2026. Employees of Resideo and its affiliates, and employees of agencies directly involved in administering the Offer are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Agreement to Terms.
Participation in the Offer constitutes the participant company's agreement to these Terms & Conditions, the Resideo Pro PERKS Terms & Conditions, and Resideo's reasonable eligibility and purchase-verification decisions. If these Offer terms conflict with the Resideo Pro PERKS Terms & Conditions, these Offer terms control solely with respect to this Offer.

Offer Period.
The qualifying purchase period begins at the conclusion of the Honeywell Home Virtual Launch Event on October 21, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. CT and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2026 (the "Offer Period"). Purchases made before or after the Offer Period do not qualify. Resideo Pro PERKS enrollment must be completed, and the participants' account must be active by the end of the Offer Period.

How to Qualify.
To qualify, an eligible participant must complete all of the following:

• -  Event. Register for the event at https://www.resideo.com/us/en/pro/launch-event and attend the Honeywell Home Virtual Launch Event in its entirety on October 21, 2026.
• -  Membership. Be an active Resideo Pro PERKS member in good standing, or complete Resideo Pro PERKS enrollment by 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2026.
• -  Purchase. Purchase at least one (1) qualifying Honeywell Home Bypass Humidifier from an authorized distributor during the Offer Period. Qualifying SKUs are H12EB1000/U, H12EB1000NC/U, H17EB1000/U, and H17EB1000NC/U.
• -  POS verification. Have the completed and invoiced purchase reported to Resideo through the distributor's POS data in a form that Resideo can match to the participant's eligible Resideo Pro PERKS account. Returned, cancelled, refunded, credited, or otherwise invalid purchases do not qualify.

No separate claim form is required. Participants should retain the distributor invoice or receipt. Resideo may request reasonable documentation if POS information is incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or cannot be matched to the Resideo Pro PERKS account.

Reward Availability and First-153 Determination.
The Offer is limited to the first one hundred fifty-three (153) qualifying Resideo Pro PERKS accounts that satisfy all requirements. Order will be determined by the qualifying purchase date and time shown in verified distributor POS data. If purchase-time data is unavailable or two or more purchases cannot otherwise be ordered, Resideo will use the date and time it receives complete information sufficient to verify eligibility and the purchase. Resideo's records control. Limit one (1) reward per company and associated Resideo Pro PERKS account, regardless of the number of qualifying units or transactions.

Bonus Points.
Each qualifying account will receive a fixed award of 13,500 Resideo Pro PERKS bonus points (approximately $135 in program value). The award is the same for each qualifying SKU and is not based on, or adjusted to equal, the participant's purchase price. The bonus points are separate from any standard Resideo Pro PERKS points otherwise earned on the qualifying purchase. Points will be credited automatically to the qualifying Resideo Pro PERKS account, generally within four (4) to six (6) weeks after Resideo receives and verifies the required distributor POS data. Credits may be processed in batches as qualifying POS data is received. Resideo may send a confirmation email after the credit posts, but no email response or separate acceptance is required to receive the points. Bonus points are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and are subject to the applicable Resideo Pro PERKS account rules, including expiration and redemption rules. The participant is responsible for any applicable taxes. Resideo may request information or provide tax reporting only as required by applicable law.

Verification; Denial or Reversal.
Resideo may verify event attendance, Resideo Pro PERKS status, distributor identity, purchase details, invoice status, account matching, and compliance with these terms. Resideo may deny or reverse bonus points associated with an ineligible, duplicate, returned, cancelled, refunded, credited, fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable transaction, or with a participant that does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions.

General Conditions and Sponsor Rights.
Resideo reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Offer if fraud, technical failure, data-quality issues, distributor-reporting delays, or another event outside Resideo's reasonable control impairs administration of the Offer. Resideo may correct typographical, printing, system, or administrative errors and may disqualify a participant that tampers with the Offer, provides false information, or violates these terms. Resideo's failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision. Nothing in this section permits Resideo to increase the stated limit of 153 rewards without providing notice.

Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resideo and its affiliates, distributors, agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for losses or damages arising from delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected registration, attendance, account, or distributor POS information; technical or communications failures; or a participant's use or redemption of bonus points. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy.
Resideo will use registration, attendance, Resideo Pro PERKS account, and distributor POS information to administer and verify the Offer and in accordance with Resideo's Privacy Policy. Participation in this purchase-based Offer does not grant Resideo publicity rights.

Disputes.
Except where prohibited, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Offer will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, and exclusively by an appropriate court located in New York. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply to another jurisdiction's laws.
