Terms & Conditions

Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Resideo USA LLC (“Resideo” or "We"), with place of business at 1985 Douglas Dr N, Golden Valley, MN 55422.  

Eligibility. The Offer is only open to new Pro-IQ™ Analyze customers (as of September 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT – September 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT) who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation and who attend the Resideo Pro-IQ Services Webinar scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (the “Webinar”). New Pro-IQ Analyze customers are defined as users that are not actively enrolled in a Pro-IQ Analyze plan prior to Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 1:00pm CDT. Employees, officers, and directors of Resideo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Offer is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Not open to existing Pro-IQ Analyze customers.

Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in this Offer constitutes user’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Offer.

Offer Period. The Offer consists of one incentive component:

  1. Free Trial Offer: Attendees must activate a Pro-IQ Analyze account by Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT and be set up using a company email address. Please use the same company email that was used for webinar registration. This will help us confirm which new Pro-IQ Analyze accounts that are set up are connected to individuals that attended the webinar.

Sponsor’s clock shall be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

Free Trial Offer – Pro-IQ™ Analyze. Eligible Webinar attendees who create a Pro-IQ Analyze account by Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT following the conclusion of the Webinar will receive a free three (3) month trial of Pro-IQ Analyze (the “Free Trial”). To activate the Free Trial:

  • Participants must create a Pro-IQ account and select the Pro-IQ™ Analyze tier.
  • A valid credit card is required at sign-up for account verification purposes.
  • No charges will be applied during the Free Trial period.

Participants may cancel their Pro-IQ Analyze subscription at any time during the Free Trial period.

At the conclusion of the Free Trial period:

  • Pro-IQ Analyze tier access will automatically end.
  • Users will remain enrolled in the free entry-level tier, Pro-IQ Install, unless they elect to upgrade.

Participants may opt to continue Pro-IQ Analyze after the Free Trial for a subscription fee of $0.24 per month per home, subject to applicable taxes and fees, and acceptance of the then-current Pro-IQ subscription terms.

General Rules and Taxes. Participants are responsible for paying any applicable federal, state and local taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. An Incentive may not be transferred or refunded and must be accepted as awarded. Qualifying participants may not request cash or a substitute Incentive; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an Incentive with another prize of equal or greater value if the Incentive is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Incentive recipients will receive an email message from Sponsor. The Incentive recipients may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of eligibility, a Liability Waiver, necessary tax forms and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If (i) such documents are not returned within the specified time period, (ii) the Incentive notification is returned as undeliverable, or (iii) Sponsor is unable to contact a potential Incentive recipient or a potential Incentive recipient is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then the Incentive will be forfeited.

Misuse and Disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
  • Engages in fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the Pro-IQ platform;
  • Attempts to manipulate or circumvent the Promotion or eligibility requirements.

Release of Liability. By entering the Promotion, each participant forever discharges and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, together with its officers, directors, managers, members, employees, independent contractors, representatives, agents, advisors, successor and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with the Promotion, use of the Pro-IQ platform, or receipt or use of any Incentive, including without limitation any and all claims, causes of action, suits, costs, injuries, losses, damages, demands or actions of any kind, at law or in equity, including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property or loss of any nature, any claims based on publicity rights, privacy rights, personality rights, moral rights, defamation, or portrayal in a false light (collectively, “Claims”), and any prize winner releases and forever discharges, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all Claims in connection with the administration of the Promotion and the use, misuse or possession of the Pro-IQ™ platform, or any Incentive. This indemnification shall extend to Claims resulting from use of use of the Pro-IQ™ platform, or any Incentive, however caused. participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Pro-IQ services and Incentive are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Privacy and Publicity. Any information entrant submits as part of the Offer and Incentive will be used for purposes of this Offer and Incentive and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Offer and Incentive constitutes the entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. We will not collect any data about entrants for future use.

Modification and Termination. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Additional Terms and Conditions The use of the Pro-IQ™ platform, or receipt or use of any Incentive provided under this Agreement may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which may be provided at the time of subscription. By using the Pro-IQ™ platform, or any Incentive, the participant agrees to be bound by any such additional terms and conditions.

Disputes. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Offer or any Incentive awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Offer and Incentive, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.
