Product Overview
The First Alert BRK SC7010BVA Hardwired Talking Photoelectric Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm detects both carbon monoxide and smoke all in a single device. The 120-volt CO smoke alarm features a photoelectric smoke sensor and electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor for complete peace of mind. The voice warning alerts you to the type of danger as well as the location. This CO smoke alarm is designed to be hardwired into your home or office. In the event of a power outage, the battery backup allows the unit to continue functioning.
Talking Voice Alarm Tells You Where the Danger Is
The First Alert Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm not only alerts you when smoke or carbon monoxide has been detected, but it also tells you where the danger is. Indicator lights on the face of the unit also display the presence of smoke or carbon monoxide. The 85-decibel siren provides a clear, loud warning upon detection.
Interconnectivity for Larger Areas
The hardwired CO smoke alarm can be connected to other compatible BRK and First Alert hardwired alarms for larger buildings such as dormitories, office buildings, and apartments. Connect up to 18 compatible devices: up to 12 smoke alarms and six compatible devices like horns and repeaters. First Alert helps you create a comprehensive warning system for you and your property.
Battery Backup for Continuous Coverage
In the event of a power outage, the CO smoke alarm is still able to function thanks to its two AA backup batteries. An indicator sound is emitted when the batteries need to be replaced, and an optional drawer and mounting bracket lock help prevent tampering.

Make sure you update your company information and simply upload your company logo.
2. Get the App
Simplify the installation for your technicians and homeowners. Download the App here.
Note: Resideo Pro App currently works with T5 & T6 smart Thermostats
3. Install
Use the Resideo Pro App to install T6 Pro Smart Thermostat in homes, which will associate those homes to your company. Then you'll be able to select which homeowners see your logo based on the pricing per household (consumer will not be charged).
