The three-story escape ladder’s 24-foot length makes it ideal for escaping through a third-floor window. The extra-wide hooks can be secured to windows measuring at least 20 inches wide, 32 inches high, and 6 to 13 inches deep, making this escape ladder suitable for use in most apartments and multi-story homes.

Constructed from durable steel and nylon strapping, this escape ladder provides a safe and reliable means to exit a third story window. The three-story emergency escape ladder can safely hold up to 375 pounds at a time.
Stabilized Slip-Resistant Rungs
The ladder’s slip-resistant rungs provide a sure footing as you descend to safety. Steel stabilizers on each rung hold the ladder away from the wall, making it easier to grasp each rung, and help prevent the ladder from swaying.

Simplify the installation for your technicians and homeowners. Download the App here.

3. Install
Use the Resideo Pro App to install T6 Pro Smart Thermostat in homes, which will associate those homes to your company. Then you'll be able to select which homeowners see your logo based on the pricing per household (consumer will not be charged).
