Amit Mehta

As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at Resideo, Amit Mehta leads the company's strategic planning, corporate development, and partnerships functions, and is responsible for overseeing human resources and key operational / transformation projects. In this role, he oversees key initiatives that shape Resideo's competitive positioning, growth agenda and operational direction across its businesses.

Mehta joined Resideo in 2019. Most recently, he was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. He has also served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Senior Director of Business Development, and Chief of Staff to the President.

Prior to Resideo, Mehta was Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Intersection Co., a digital technology company focused on the convergence of urban infrastructure and digital media, where he also held a role in strategic finance. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at Greenhill & Co. and Revolution Partners, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Mehta holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke University, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
