Josh Foster

As Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Resideo, Joshua Foster oversees the legal function providing strategy and leadership on all legal matters facing the company.

Since joining Resideo at the time of spinoff from Honeywell, he has held the role of Deputy General Counsel.

Foster spent 12 years at Honeywell International. in senior legal leadership roles, including Vice President and General Counsel for Honeywell Industrial Safety, Honeywell Retail and the Honeywell Security Group, where he oversaw global legal strategy across those businesses. 

Earlier in his career, Foster was a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York and worked as a Federal Law Clerk for the Honorable Joanna Seybert of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the St. John's Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook.
