Shane Harrison

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Resideo, Shane Harrison oversees the finance function and provides strategy and leadership on all financial and capital allocation matters facing the company.

Harrison is a seasoned finance leader with more than 25 years of experience across corporate finance, investor relations, and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Resideo in 2026, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NRC Health, where he led financial and resource planning, accounting, reporting, capital allocation, and investor relations initiatives to drive long‑term value creation. Before that, Harrison served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at PowerSchool; Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at NAVEX Global; and various positions, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, Corporate Treasurer, and Interim CFO, at FLIR Systems.

He began his career as a CPA at Deloitte and was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Oregon and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
