Ryan Strassburg

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Climate Solutions at Resideo, Ryan Strassburg leads the company's global climate business, bringing more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing, and general management to the role. He is a results-driven business leader with a proven track record of delivering P&L results that exceed market growth rates, developing talent, and building long-term customer relationships.

Strassburg has been with Resideo since its founding in 2018. He previously served as Vice President of Global Product Management, where he held product management responsibility for Resideo's entire Products & Solutions portfolio, and as Senior Product Line Director, where he grew revenue and operating margin at double-digit rates through new products, improved product mix, and strategic pricing.

Prior to Resideo, he spent more than 16 years at Honeywell Environmental and Combustion Controls business unit in a progression of commercial and general management roles spanning finance, product management, sales, channel marketing, and acquisition integrations. Strassburg has a proven track record of launching new products, exceeding sales targets, and expanding operating income. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from St. Cloud State University.
