L2 WiFi Water Sensor and Switch

The L2 sensor and switch give you water detection and damage protection from condensate overflow. The compact device is hardwired directly to the furnace, air conditioning, dehumidifier, or other HVAC equipment by a pro. If water overflows the condensation pan and is sensed by the cable, the sensor and switch can turn the designated equipment off or on. Also, you are alerted via an LED light, audio siren, and WiFi notification on your Resideo app and via email. This takes the guesswork out of locating the source of the condensation water overflow and automatically stops the equipment causing the overflow.

Versatile capabilities

The sensor and switch can be professionally hardwired to HVAC equipment with or without a condensate pan or pump. The sensor can be installed vertically or horizontally. The device works with 24-volt equipment (air handlers, boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning, dehumidifiers and more).
